In this role, you'll be at the heart of HR operations, working on two key areas:
We're looking for someone passionate about operations, and who gets excited about finding ways to make processes more efficient. If you're excited about automating processes and making things more efficient, you'll love the challenges we have in store!
One of the major areas of development for the role, after 6 months of successful onboarding, is the management of individual situations, which requires tact, empathy and a good knowledge of the employment law framework. People ops staff joining our team will be gradually guided and trained in this area.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of HR operations, working on two key areas:
- Personnel administration and payroll: you'll handle day-to-day requests from Alaners, assist with payroll production, and help streamline our processes. Imagine being the go-to person for managing and scaling processes related to sick leave, out-of-office requests, and ensuring our Alaners get paid accurately and on time!
- People growth (learning and development): you'll be involved in scheduling training events for our coaches and leads, monitoring the success of these programs, and helping improve our training content. Your work will directly impact how we grow and develop our team.

Is it what you are looking for?
You may be a great fit for this role if you have:
- 0-3 years of professional experience (recent graduates are welcome!)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operational workflows
- Natural inclination toward process improvement and documentation
- Experience with or enthusiasm for automation tools and systems
- An eye for detail and a passion for accuracy
- The ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions
- A curiosity for learning new skills and processes quickly
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Dutch, French or Spanish is a plus.
- Prior experience in HR, even as an intern or in a work-study program.
- Experience in a startup or a scale-up environment.
