What You’ll Do (With Our Support and Your Expertise)

• Own the Blueprint: Take the reins on physical security projects from kickoff to closeout. Translated client needs into detailed plans, ensuring every CCTV camera, access point, and fire system perfectly aligned with the vision.
• Drive the Engine: Keep projects humming—on time, on budget, and point. Coordinate teams, manage resources, and troubleshoot roadblocks with agility and grit to deliver results that wow.
• Lead with Precision: Collaborate with installers, engineers, and stakeholders to create a cohesive unit. Communicate updates, set expectations, and confidently navigate complexity.
• Deliver Excellence: Oversee quality control, testing, and final handoffs to clients. Ensure every solution—whether a sprawling CCTV network or a fire prevention system—performs flawlessly and protects what matters.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• A proven history of managing projects that hit every mark—scope, schedule, and budget.
• A solid grasp of physical security solutions (think CCTV, door access, fire prevention) and how they come together in the real world.
• Expertise in your assigned project territories—your domain to conquer.

• The ability to inspire teams, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with authority and finesse.

Requirements

• Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience: 5-7 years in project management, with at least 2 years delivering commercial physical security solutions (electronic security, fire alarms, or systems integration).
