We are now looking for expert in Data services team. At the Data services team, we ensure data capturing and management in data warehouse and business report and dashboard development. Our playground is SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. Data Service team collaborates with multiple departments, including Finance, Assortment & Buying, Supply Chain and Logistics, HR, Marketing, Digital development, Information Technology and others. As SAP BW HANA expert, you help to develop our data warehouse and analytics platform.

What will you do:

• Gather, analyze business requirements and ensure quality of business requirements.
• Develop and maintain SAP BW/HANA and BI solutions, prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Ensure reports/models development and configuration according to the existing procedures and business, functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze, propose and implement optimal data loading, extraction, and transformation processes to enhance system performance.
• Ensure monitoring and resolving system issues, data integrity and reliability
• Provide key-user support and training.
• Follow SAP BW/HANA, BO and other SAP analytics system new trends, suggest improvements and best practices.
• Participate in SAP BW4HANA and BO migration projects, HANA native development projects.

You are the perfect candidate if:

• Passionate about data.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP (Native) HANA Solutions, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), BW/4HANA solutions.
• Ability to write ABAP routines, AMDP procedures to extract and transform data.
• Hands-on experience creating Graphical Calculation Views, Table Function, SQLScript Procedure, HANA Security, etc. Experience building hybrid data models using BW and HANA artifacts.
• Experience in HANA native development: HANA stored procedures, table functions, SQL, column engine, XS applications, performance issues analysis.
• Hands-on experience creating Composite Provider, Advanced DSO, BEx Query, OpenHub, Generic DataSource, etc.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills – experience in analyzing and understanding business/technology system architectures, databases, and client applications.
• Ability to work with business and technology users to define and gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken, to collaborate with teams across the Baltic.

Bonus points if:

• More than 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP (Native) HANA Solutions, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), BW/4HANA solutions.
• You have experience SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BusinessObjects experience
• You are familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile
• You have experience working in the retail industry.,

Compensation:

Salary 3000 – 4500 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
