Developer / Analyst – Amsterdam

We are seeking a Developer / Analyst to join our Operations team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys problem-solving, automation, and working with data to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automation tools to improve daily operational processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and refine business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement reporting solutions and perform data analysis to track KPIs/KRIs.
• Maintain and enhance internal tools and systems to support evolving business needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development or business analytics.
• Proficiency in Python (experience with Java is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (NoSQL experience is a plus).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python-based libraries.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
