Job Description: AI Engineer for $SRC Ecosystem Project
Location: Remote
Payment Terms: Paying in $SRC token native token of the project
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join the $SRC Ecosystem Project. As an AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that power the core functionalities of our platform, focused on AI-based due diligence, transaction validation, risk assessment, investor/liquidity matching and predictive analytics for trade finance and supply chain management. Your contributions will directly impact how SMEs access liquidity, how trade finance transactions are processed, and how global trade is optimized using AI and blockchain technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI-Driven Financial Models:
- Develop and implement AI algorithms and machine learning models to automate decision-making, transaction validation, and due diligence processes in trade finance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models for predictive risk analysis, fraud detection, and financial modeling.
2. Data Collection & Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources such as transaction records, financial reports, and real-world asset data to inform AI models.
- Apply natural language processing (NLP) and other techniques to analyze unstructured data like contracts and trade documents.
3. AI for Tokenization and Trade Finance:
- Utilize AI and blockchain to improve the efficiency, security, and scalability of tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs) and facilitating smart contract-based trade finance transactions.
- Integrate AI models with smart contracts to automatically assess and validate trade transactions and asset-backed token offerings.
4. Model Training & Optimization:
- Train, tune, and optimize machine learning models to ensure accuracy, speed, and reliability in financial decision-making, loan underwriting, and risk analysis.
- Continuously monitor and refine AI models for performance improvements and real-time decision-making.
5. AI Automation and Process Improvement:
- Design AI solutions that automate complex trade finance processes, such as KYC/AML compliance checks, credit scoring, and trade documentation analysis.
- Work on implementing automation in AI-based workflows to reduce the manual intervention required in transaction processing.
6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate with blockchain developers, data engineers, financial experts, and product managers to integrate AI-driven functionalities into the broader platform.
- Participate in product design meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
7. Scalability & Infrastructure:
- Design and implement AI models and architectures that scale to handle global trade transactions and large volumes of data in real-time.
- Optimize AI systems for deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure to ensure high availability and performance.
8. Security & Compliance:
- Ensure that AI models and systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards for security, privacy, and financial compliance, particularly within the trade finance and blockchain space.
- Implement AI-based security models to detect fraud and reduce risks related to financial transactions.
9. Research & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and blockchain technologies to continuously improve the platform.
- Propose new AI-driven features and functionalities that enhance the trade finance process, providing innovative solutions to solve complex business challenges.
10. Testing & Deployment:
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI models and systems to ensure their robustness and effectiveness in real-world applications.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy AI models and monitor their performance in production environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms used in financial services, particularly in risk assessment and fraud detection.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in trade finance, tokenization, and smart contracts.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, R, or similar.
- Solid understanding of big data technologies and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and unstructured data analysis is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven solutions to life.
