About the role :

We are looking for Senior Software Developers to join our dynamic and innovative team. Whether you specialize in Fullstack (Java + ReactJS / React Native), Frontend (ReactJS / React Native), or Backend (Java - Spring), we have multiple projects that match your expertise.As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable applications while working closely with cross-functional teams,

What you will do:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure application stability and performance.

Requirements & technologies:

Depending on your expertise, you should have experience with some or all of the following:

Fullstack Developer (Java + ReactJS / React Native):

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Frontend: ReactJS or React Native, Redux, TypeScript, Material UI.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Frontend Developer (ReactJS / React Native):

• ReactJS or React Native development experience, including hooks, context API, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and state management libraries (Redux,MobX).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)

Backend Developer (Java - Spring)

• Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Microservices.
• Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL data bases)
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and cloud services.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DevOps tools, containerization, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong SQL expertise for database optimization and query performance tuning.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
