Job Title: Head of AI.

Location: Flexible/Remote

The Role:

The Head of AI will assume a critical leadership position, dedicating 20+ hours a week to the development of our platform, with the capacity to independently visualize and then oversee the data, AI, and ML elements construction and architecting within the MVP mobile app to be completed and launched by or before the end of the first quarter of 2024.


Once Hired, the Head of AI Data will be an early C-Level employee/contractor (a “Senior Early Team Member”). As such the Head of AI Data will be expected to fulfill the following two-level roles simultaneously


I. Senior Early Team Member. You will be able to help run the Company along with the CEO, CTO, and CPO, and, on rare occasions, if other C-levels are unavailable, you will run the Company. You will understand the vision, strategy, and model, having helped refine it and improve it as part of your role. You will take ownership in the Company and represent the Company when presenting yourself and the company in public online and in person. You will be intelligent, articulate, and confident in speaking about the vision, strategy, and modeling of our company such that you will be integral in helping the Company raise capital. You will use your network and your contacts and help develop more to assist and sometimes co-lead with the CEO, the capital raising activities.


II. Head of AI Data. You will passionately lead our company in achieving top level AI and data powered health and fitness user experiences and technical offerings. You will be experienced in working, leading and managing data scientists and have a passion to push the our company offerings beyond what has already been developed. You will be quite experienced in data science or extremely comfortable with it. You will seek to know the latest developments relevant to AI and do everything within your power to help us integrate the latest technologies into our products faster than any other company.


You receive advice from our companies AI advisors who have been working in AI for multiple decades each, but you will be seen as an asset by investors independently and be able to speak articulately about your AI and data science experience as well as the our Vision, model, and strategies in a ways that will help the Company raise capital. You will make the MVP a great bare bones example of customized, personalized, and, over time, increasingly unique to user AI health and fitness coaching. You will simultaneously oversee, along with the CPO and CTO, the engineering, coding and structuring of it. You will be responsible for overseeing progress on app development and along with the CTO and CPO help lead the technical team and data science team recruitment and talent retention efforts (including interviewing, revising job descriptions and helping with the strategy of building the teams to accelerate development and continue to improve quality over time)


These two high level buckets, together, will make you a major asset to our company, and its stakeholders. You will be treated by the CEO, CTO, CPO, and VP of Engineering, respectively, as an equal on our journey to empower people to break through self-imposed barriers to higher levels of health and fitness. You will report to the CEO directly and have weekly meetings with the CEO. You will be expected to have weekly meetings with the CPO and periodic meetings with the CTO and VP of Engineering.


We will give preference to candidates who have worked with early stage (pre-seed or seed) companies, have helped companies raise capital, and who generally have experience building companies from 0 to 1.


Key Responsibilities:


· Oversee, along with the CEO, CTO, CPO, VP of Engineering, and data scientist(s), the technical groundwork and drive the development of a sophisticated MVP mobile app version with AI twins, proper data collection, organization and use, or laying the groundwork for such organization and use. Help think through and develop more AI and gamified features than the demo app all of which support or further strengthen the business model, targeting a complete version by or before Wednesday, April 2, 2025

· Oversee and lead the data science department, data architecture, and help recruit additional data scientists to help with the sourcing, analysis, organization, and integration into use of high-quality data, data sets, and subject matter-based customization of the language modeling with the goal of making the customized language models additional, valuable proprietary assets of the company.

· Ensure technical decisions align with the app’s mission to deliver personalized health and fitness coaching using AI.

· Oversee in collaboration with others the building of a scalable, responsive, ever evolving to best serve users and partners, mobile application.

· Collaboratively enhance the AI,ML, and data usage components for engaging digital twin interactions and all other elements of the user experience, working with the CPO

· Lead the AI/ML/data science team(s), providing direction and supervision to align with the company's strategic aims.

· Collaborate with others and help oversee the creation of a gamified rewards system, rewarding users with USD backed or equivalent incentives that support and establish the groundwork for our use and integration of data to improve our AI twins interactions with users, and, more broadly, the user experience in all areas of the app

· Engage actively in strategic planning, from fundraising to product evolution and market fit.


Qualifications (all are strong preferences):


· 5+ years of proven AI/ML experience and expertise in Python.

· 5+ years of experience with data science, architecting mobile app products that integrate, organize and effectively use Data, AI, and ML

· Track record of developing tech products, ideally within health or fitness and gamified rewards spaces.

· Experience designing user engagement strategies, including gamification.

· Leadership qualities with the capability to manage and inspire a tech team.

· Strong business-level English communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Willingness to dedicate 20+ hours per week, through and until the company has raised sufficient capital to pay monthly cash comp

· Substantial equity stake reflecting your early stage C-level role and early-stage risk, with monetary compensation tied to gross revenue or capital raising milestones.

· At $10,000,000 or more achieved in GR or capital raised, the base for this position will be $250,000 a year and up. At lower levels is will be above market averages for companies at similar levels of funding.
