HR Generalist

We are seeking our new HR Generalist to join the Axway team, providing HR & Internal Comm support to the organization and management to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

You will assist the Learning and Development by:

• facilitating the training logistics, registration, and feedback collection for our L&D platform;
• coordinating the internal training program (research for different training needs);
  
  

You Will Ensure HR Admin Tasks By

• updating the company’s policies and procedures;
• JD's preparation & updates;
• updating the Workday HCM database;
• preparing reports & statistics on different HR topics;
• launch internal surveys & do research on different topics at management’s request;
• vendor contract renewals
  
  

You will oversee the internal communication initiatives and events by:

• internal communication messages and campaigns;
• organizing internal events (external visits, internal events, teambuilding, Xmas party);
• launching internal surveys & research on different topics at management’s request;
• preparing the quarterly newsletter.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree;
• 1 year experience on similar activities;
• Good communication & creative writing skills;
• Excellent command of English language - both written and spoken;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
• Ability to be proactive and maintain a commonsense approach;
• Good problem solver and decision making appropriate for the job level;
• Very detail oriented and organized.
