Role Description

This is a 50% contract PMO role located on-site in Zurich (alternatively Toronto) at PartnerRe. The PMO will be responsible for coordination of Project Management Office activities with consolidated views of finance, cross project resource utilization, interdependencies, vendor/resources overviews, The PMO will ensure common templates, communication and reporting. The PMO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and efficiency.

For candidates with Change Management or/and more Project Management skills we may envisage increase of the work charge to 100% depending on current needs.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning and execution
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working on large Program or working as PMO on Project Portfolio
• PMI or Prince2 certification is a plus
• 3-10 years of experience
