To join us as a Product Designer you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in product design
• Experience in mobile application and web design
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, or Illustrator design and prototyping tools
• Enthusiasm to solve user problems and ability to transform user insights to seamless design solutions
• Passion for design optimization with strong emphasis on conversion improvement and A/B testing
• BA/BSc/MA degree in relevant academic disciplines
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools and a thorough understanding of user-centric design
• Passionate about technology
• Works well in a team and takes initiative
• Open to new approaches and new ideas
• A proactive "doer" attitude and a curious learner.
• Open to new challenge and multipurpose
• Customer-focused with great product sense.

You will:

• Create robust, attractive, scalable component based design for mobile applications and web
• Conduct end to end experience design from concept to pixel perfect product
• Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows to create simple and functional user interfaces
• Use qualitative research and data to rationalize your designs
• Create icons, design guidelines and solve problems with creativity
• Collaborate to expand company's style guide
• Creating animations and motions for designs
• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers
• Evaluate customer behaviors and feedback to understand pain points.
• Stay up to date on recent design trends and industry standards.
• Refine deliverable standards and work to a fixed timetable.
