Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading and supporting the UX and UI design team in the process of creating digital products
  • Creating conditions for effective work for designers working within Scrum teams
  • Coordinating designers' work to ensure a consistent user experience across platforms
  • Synchronizing collaboration with UX agencies
  • Participating in making key design decisions
  • Coordinating work related to the development of the design system
  • Ensuring the accessibility of digital solutions
  • Seeking best practices and market inspiration in the area of experience design and implementing them within the project
  • Developing UX/UI competencies within the team and throughout the organization
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders crucial to the design process at the organizational level
  • Being part of an international guild of UX/UI designers and collaborating with other countries in the Nationale-Nederlanden Group on designing common solutions and sharing experiences

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in designing digital products
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in managing a UX/UI team
  • You can combine user expectations, business perspectives, and technology constraints to deliver optimal experiences
  • You have a portfolio showcasing projects across various types of organizations and industries, preferably in the financial sector 😊
  • You have an excellent understanding of interface design issues, both responsive web design (RWD) and mobile
  • You have experience working at every stage of the product process (discovery, research, creating and validating concepts, implementation, and optimization)
  • You possess the ability for critical data analysis, formulating hypotheses, designing processes and their subsequent validation, and have practical experience in A/B testing and web analytics
  • You are ready to engage in operational work when circumstances require it
  • You know the principles of accessible design (a11y) and have experience in designing accessible digital solutions
  • You are very familiar with design tools (Figma) and analytical tools
  • You communicate fluently in English
  • You have the ability to lead a team and support its members in achieving the best solutions 😊
