Location: Poland.

Cooperation: B2B contract

Work model: Remote.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive modern PowerBI reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for our teams and users.
• Work hand-in-hand with our UX/UI designers to make sure our dashboards are not only functional but also visually appealing and easy to navigate.
• Ensure our dashboards load quickly and run smoothly, even with large data sets.
• Test your work rigorously, making sure everything is accurate, stable, and user-friendly before it's shared with the team.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and documenting processes/standards
• Help build a solid knowledge base by documenting your development processes and solutions for future reference.

Must-have:

• working with PowerBI for at least 5 years and have a portfolio of dashboards and reports to show for it.
• you understand the importance of good design and can collaborate with designers to make sure the data you’re presenting is easy to digest and visually engaging.
• attention to detail - you care about creating polished, user-friendly dashboards that are both functional and beautiful.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modeling concepts (star schemas, normalization)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluent English communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• familiarity with design tools like Figma.
• Certifications in Power BI or Databricks
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and other Azure analytics services
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
