What You Will Be Doing

• Create robust, attractive, scalable component based design for mobile applications and the Web.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owner, developers, and other stakeholders, to gather and understand user requirements.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design and iterate user interfaces based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices in UI/UX design.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.

You’ll Be Great For This Role If

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Experience in mobile application and web design.
• Proficient in design tools such as, Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
• Demonstrate UI skills with a strong online design portfolio.
• Aware of the terms User Centered Design, Responsive Design and Mobile First.
• Passion for interaction design with strong emphasis on conversion optimization and A/B testing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
