Job Description:

• Identifying software development needs and defining product scope,
• Creating process maps and drawing flow diagrams,
• Documenting analyses and mock-up designs based on requirements,
• Preparing test scenarios and monitoring test processes,
• Conducting user acceptance tests with business units,
• Providing training on developed applications when necessary,
• Monitoring and managing application deployment processes,
• Providing timely notifications regarding risks and taking preventive actions.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or similar fields,
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Proficient in English,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to deliver outputs within defined work standards,
• Proficient in using UML diagrams and tools, and capable of writing Use-Case Specifications,
• Preferably knowledgeable in SQL Server databases and T-SQL,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
• Experience working in an Agile model or a desire to do so.
