Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, drive engagement, and enhance brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crypto, trends, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, and campaigns) tailored to crypto audiences.
• Manage and grow CoinTR’s online community, interacting with followers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for better engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in crypto, blockchain, and Web3 marketing.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
• Monitor brand sentiment and manage crisis communication when needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management (preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech sectors).
• Deep understanding of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling.
• Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Passion for blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 trends.
• Excellent English communication skills (Turkish is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
