Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

• Build, grow, and manage CoinTR's online and offline communities across community-first social media platforms, Telegram, Discord, forums, and other communication channels.
• Organize online/offline events with crypto and Web3 communities, and take a proactive role throughout the entire process.
• Respond to community inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Organize AMAs, webinars, and other events to engage with the community.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content tailored to our audience, such as social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and Telegram updates.
• Share updates, announcements, and educational materials to inform and engage the community.

Monitoring & Insights:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to provide actionable insights for improving CoinTR’s community strategy.
• Track key community metrics and generate reports to measure engagement and growth on Telegram and other platforms.

Brand Advocacy:

• Act as the face and voice of CoinTR, building trust and a strong relationship with the community.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, Telegram admins, and partners to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and trading platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Telegram, Discord, and community management tools.
• Experience managing large-scale Telegram communities effectively.
• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
