Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Poland (Remote / Travel requirements 10-15% etc. EMEA region)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee high-priority projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage project timelines and workflow.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Lead and direct project team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing a team and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
