Senior User Experience Designer - UX

• Remote from Ireland
• 70-100K plus benefitcs (DOE)

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead UX Design: Own the full UX process for enterprise applications, from ideation to prototyping and final design.
• Enterprise-Grade Solutions: Design user interfaces for complex enterprise environments, ensuring ease of use and efficiency.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability studies, and persona development to inform designs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across platforms.
• Data-Driven Design: Use data and user feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
• Mentorship: Support and mentor junior designers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present designs to stakeholders and align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of UX Design experience with at least 3+ years in enterprise-level applications.
• Strong portfolio of enterprise UX designs.
• Proficiency with UX tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Axure.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
• Experience working with design systems and scalable UX/UI solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, SaaS).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
