Sigortam.net is currently seeking a "Junior Data Analyst" to join their Data Analytics team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design and construct data pipelines and reporting systems to enhance data quality and facilitate data-driven decision-making. It is a pivotal position that requires a combination of strategic thinking and technical expertise.

The Data Analytics Chapter at Sigortam.net is responsible for shaping and executing the company's data analytics strategy. Our mission is to drive data-driven decision-making with a strong customer focus while fostering a culture of data literacy across the organization. We actively promote the adoption of data-driven solutions to enhance business impact.

We are looking for a "Junior Data Analyst" to join our team and contribute to our data-driven initiatives.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics) or a related discipline
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, with hands-on experience using Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation
• Hands-on experience in maintaining and updating dashboards in Power BI or similar visualization tools. (Power BI is plus)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or visualization libraries like matplotlib, seaborn, or plotly
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret and visualize data effectively
• Ability to conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and generate actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Agile methodology knowledge is a plus

Your role:

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making.
• Optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to improve data processing efficiency and reporting performance.
• Automate and optimize BAU (business-as-usual) tasks, including reporting and data-sharing processes, using Python and SQL to improve efficiency and accuracy, making daily operations more efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify customer issues, and translate them into data-driven solutions while managing the end-to-end data analytics process.
• Stay updated on technology trends in data analytics and explore ways to improve our data approach with new techniques.
