Lead Software Engineer

The HCL Software is looking for an HCL Volt MX consultant to lead our teams and customers in the implementation of our HCL Total Experience platform.

The Technical Lead for Volt MX will drive the following:

• Taking up full ownership of assigned technical and development activities for change requests, minor enhancements, major enhancements, and project tasks for app development requests.
• Join the team and participate on key activities within the software implementation project life cycle (e.g., discovery, development & implementation, testing, documentation and deployment)
• Support development or modification of technical projects based on standard procedures and techniques
• Participate in solution testing activities
• Lead teams in the creation of quality deliverables that drive customer outcomes.
• We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: UAE

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with HCL Volt MX, or Kony, or equivalent.
• Hands on experience with HCL Volt Iris, HCL Volt Foundry, and/or Kony Visualizer, Kony Fabric.
• Hands on experience with Push Notifications and FFI/NFI.
• Hands on experience with Native Mobile application development.
• Strong knowledge on Front End Design and Volt Foundry.
• Strong knowledge on Java 7 and above.
• Strong experience on Java Services, Pre Processor and Post Processor.
• Hands on experience with Google Play Store / iOS Appstore deployment.
• Fluency in English, Arabic
• Travel requirements: 25-50%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI / CD Frameworks (Docker, Jenkins)
• Experience with Design Systems
• Experience with on-premises environment installations of HCL Volt MX
• Experience with Front-end Frameworks (React, Angular...)
• Understanding of the MVC architecture
• Experience working in an Agile Environment
• Cloud Certifications
