About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to drive digital strategy and optimize key marketing channels across Performance (iOS/Android/Web), Retention (Push/Email), and Partnership. You will be responsible for end-to-end analytics, market analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of marketing initiatives in the fintech and crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy

✅ Manage Performance Marketing, Retention, and Partnership channels

✅ Build end-to-end analytics and data visualization across channels

✅ Conduct market research, test hypotheses, and find new solutions

✅ Collaborate with development teams, writing technical requirements for marketing-related tasks

✅ Prioritize and align marketing efforts with related departments

Requirements:

🔹 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role

🔹 Proven success in SEO/ASO, content marketing, and social campaigns

🔹 Balance of experience between Web and Mobile marketing

🔹 Familiarity with niche and local ad platforms (Crypto Ad Networks, Teaser Networks, Baidu Ads, Naver Ads)

🔹 Proficiency in Google Analytics (Amplitude is a plus)

🔹 Strong instinct for ad copy and visual selection

🔹 Expertise in B2B fintech and crypto (mandatory)

🔹 Fluent English, any additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Personal experience with fintech, crypto, or asset management products

✔ Based in Dubai
