Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll details.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa processes, and company policies.
- Oversee training and development programs.
Administration:
- Handle office operations, procurement, and vendor management.
- Maintain company documentation, contracts, and legal records.
- Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and staff accommodations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
