Job Title: HR cum Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll details.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa processes, and company policies.
  • Oversee training and development programs.

Administration:

  • Handle office operations, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Maintain company documentation, contracts, and legal records.
  • Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and staff accommodations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, and payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
