We are hiring Crypto Compliance Specialists for a leading digital asset firm in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to relocate to the UAE, work in a fast-paced regulatory environment, and contribute to the future of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement AML/CFT policies for digital asset transactions.

✅ Conduct risk assessments, KYC, and due diligence for crypto clients.

✅ Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal teams on compliance matters.

✅ Stay ahead of evolving crypto regulations and advise on best practices.

Requirements:

🔹 3+ years in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within crypto, fintech, or financial services.

🔹 Strong understanding of AML/KYC, FATF guidelines, and travel rule regulations.

🔹 Experience working with crypto exchanges, blockchain firms, or digital asset platforms.

🔹 Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks is a plus (VARA, ADGM, DIFC).

🔹 Ability to relocate to the UAE (relocation assistance provided).
