Network Architect

A leading secure communications and technology company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Network Architect to design and implement secure, high-performance network infrastructures. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with expertise in enterprise and secure network architecture, working within high-security environments.

This opportunity is a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures.
• Define network security standards and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Work closely with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to optimize network performance.
• Oversee the integration of firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to enhance network security.
• Develop network automation strategies and ensure high availability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on network infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in network architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet networking solutions.
• Expertise in routing, switching, SDN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with zero-trust security models and encryption protocols.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
