In this role, you will need to understand and realize Uniqlo's business statement to provide customers with an experience where they can easily buy the clothes they want, anytime and anywhere from an IT point of view. You will also be solving business issues with the management and business members together by leading business transformation using IT systems in order to deliver Lifewear to as many customers as possible. This role will also be building IT system, IT operation and IT team together with our Global Headquarter to become the global leading company that changes the world for the better.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Execute end-to-end process for assigned projects.
- Estimate budget and proceed necessary procurement to realize the project.
- Coordinate necessary vendors and suppliers.
- Adjust and execute change request.
IT Support Management (ITSM)
- Ensure IT infrastructure and equipment run at optimum performance from the customer or user point of view at the store, warehouse, and HQ.
- Plan and prepare preventive maintenance.
- Manage IT equipment inventory, its status and life cycle.
- Provide technical support and resolution for incidents at the store, warehouse, and HQ.
- Take necessary action to prevent happening the similar incidents.
Vendor Management
- Choose new vendor based on the requirement of the business and make sure to comply company policy.
- Proceed appropriate onboarding of the new vendor and procurement.
- Plan necessary budget and manage the procurement within the budget.
- Manage vendors’ quality, cost, delivery schedule and contracts.
- Constantly seek better deal with the vendor and possible new partner.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT system department at a consulting farm, systems integrator, or business company with any of the experiences i.e. 1) project management, 2) business transformation, or business process design, or 3) system design, operation, or development.
- Degree in computer science, IT or related disciplines or equivalent.
- ITIL is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with customer oriented in mind.
- Familiarity with iOS and Windows OS.
- Microsoft Office skills or G suite (basic).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software and network issue
- Customer and user oriented.
