SOC Lead (m/f/d)

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Incident Management and Response
  • Experience in security monitoring and threat hunting, with SIEM and EDR solutions
  • Expertise in incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
  • In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, intrusion analysis, incident management etc.
  • Experience in threat management
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience in managing IT service desks, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in performing vendor management
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Good Analytical skills, problem solving and Interpersonal skills

Educational Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree

Additionally, one or more relevant industry certification.

Desirable:

  • Arabic Speaker
  • Experience working as part of a MSSP or MDR provider
  • Familiarity and experience with multiple SIEM and EDR solutions
  • Following certifications are desirable: GSOC, GCIH, ITIL, CISM, CISSP
