UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an Experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team in London!

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes for new features that meet user and product requirements.
• Maintain and evolve the Ant Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to align design solutions with technical and business goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and user research activities to inform and refine your work.
• Advocate for user-centred design principles and champion best practices in usability and accessibility.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems, such as Ant Design or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g. React/Vue) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• A portfolio showcasing impactful product designs and prototypes.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design processes.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and how they inform design choices.
