The Role:

🎨 Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces across web and digital platforms

🔍 Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

💡 Collaborate with developers, strategists, and clients to bring ideas to life

📊 Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance UX

🎯 Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally within an agency environment

✅ A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, high-impact designs

✅ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

✅ Understanding of user research, A/B testing, and accessibility standards

✅ Ability to present and justify design decisions to clients and stakeholders

✅ Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development
