Digital Performance Specialist

Our Financial Services client is seeking to add a Digital Performance Specialist to their team working very closely with the performance manager to execute and report on Search, Social, & Display channels.

Key Responsibilities;

• Develop & execute SEM Strategies to drive acquisition.
• Manage Budgets
• Utilizing analytics and data to improve digital performance marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the wider internal team.
• Prepare and deliver key digital marketing reports

Key Skills;

• 2 years Knowledge of Key SEM Channels - Google Adwords, Bing & Display Marketing.
• Experience with Analytics tools - Google Analytics preference.
• Solid understanding of performance metrics & analytics
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

A flexible working model is on offer, with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH, and lots of employee benefits, too.

This role is based in Norwest and you must hold full and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
