UX Designer

We’re working with a rapidly expanding scale-up tech company based in Ghent, developing a unique SaaS platform operating in the renewable energy sector. Their mission is to make clean energy more accessible and popular amongst large businesses in Belgium through their application.

Currently they're looking for a talented UX Designer with strong UI skills to take ownership of the end-to-end design process. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create visually compelling user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for their SaaS platform.
• Own the UX/UI process, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Translate complex data into engaging dashboards and workflows.
• Conduct user research to validate design decisions and improve usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth user experience.
• Maintain and evolve their design system in Figma.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI work.
• Expertise in Figma and design systems.
• Ability to simplify complex information into intuitive designs.
• Fluent in English (Dutch ideal!) and willing to commute to Ghent 2-3 times/week.
• A passion for clean energy and sustainability (a plus!).
