Perform Training Management activities at the customer site that includes:

1. Meet & greet of participants and instructor perform on-ground activities, open classrooms, and post signage.
2. Be the point of contact for customer stakeholders for all training requests and queries.
3. Calibrate with customer stakeholders for any changes/updates in the training requests.
4. Coordinate with different vendors to arrange catering services, requesting quotations, and raising purchase orders.
5. Coordinate with the local team to ensure the rooms are set up correctly and have the necessary equipment for the training delivery
6. Identify key risks and implement mitigation plans for the project.
7. Generate reports from desired tool and update details as per the process.
8. Arrange training materials, manuals, hand-outs, and other instructional aids.
9. Timely reservation of room booking for the training delivery.
10. Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables.
11. Arranging security badges for the participants and instructor to enter the premises.
12. Assist the trainers/customers with the Training Administration issue/query.
13. Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel.
