2D Designer

As a 2D Designer you’ll provide creative design solutions for products such as slot games, arcade games, table games and various marketing assets. We’re looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software, able to complete every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable and isn’t afraid to step out of the box. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and apply the right style and layouts for different projects.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

• Design Concept Development: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and creative teams to understand design requirements and project objectives. Develop design concepts and strategies that align with the brand’s visual identity and communication goals.
• Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development teams, to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and suppliers as necessary.
• Illustrate concept by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Design Standards and Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Ensure designs meet industry standards and best practices and continually explore innovative design approaches.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design specifications. Maintain high standards of design quality and strive for continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Manage design projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful execution of design initiatives.
  
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• BA in art media, graphic design, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic/digital artist.
• Thorough understanding of digital/traditional and Graphic art techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of 2D editing tools.
• A solid background in academic drawing, sketching, and/or illustration is a major asset.
• Self-motivation, excellent communication and organization skills, team spirit, and proactivity.
• Positive attitude with the ability to receive and provide objective feedback.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to change.
• Experience with animation/motion graphics is a plus.
