Location: France (Remote with occasional trips to Paris/Lyon)

Responsibilities:

• Manage acquisition inflow through sign-in/sign-up, social logins, CMP, pairing, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Tech teams to define and optimize on-boarding features, ensuring they meet market standards and business goals.
• Oversee project scoping, feasibility, and prioritization, ensuring smooth transitions from discovery to delivery.
• Lead on-boarding projects end-to-end with Delivery and Tech teams.
• Manage app store distribution and communication with clients on product releases.
• Act as the central point of contact for on-boarding partners and handle project follow-ups.
• Contribute to on-boarding strategies, including new features and legacy management.
• Support Solution and Client delivery with clear communication and transparency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, experimentation, and distribution, ideally at a broadcaster or pure player.
• Expertise in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and rolling out data-driven features.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English and French
