Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Proactively create and define technical cybersecurity solutions while considering all requirements and conducting evaluations.
• Develop security concepts and solutions that optimise value for both customers and internal operations.
• Support the design and development of optimisation proposals and conceptual architectures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues within the cybersecurity domain.

Required Skills/Experience

• Successfully completed technical, legal, or business studies, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong technical cybersecurity knowledge in one or more areas, such as OT security, IAM, GRC, or PAM.
• Proven experience in project work, especially within customer-facing cybersecurity projects.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and business-proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Experience in security architecture design and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and security compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security and infrastructure protection.
• Certification in relevant cybersecurity domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001).
