Information Security Officer (m/f/d) – IT Security & Compliance

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our security posture by assessing, optimizing, and documenting security processes in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and continuous development of the Information Security

Management System (ISMS).

• Define and manage security policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Analyze, assess, and implement internal security requirements and customer-specific compliance needs.
• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits related to IT security and data protection.
• Oversee security incident management and drive preventive & corrective measures
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including data protection officers and IT security teams

Your Profile:

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Initial experience in IT security, compliance, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, data center operations, and security frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of GDPR (DS-GVO) and ISO 27001 (certification is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German and English (written & spoken)
• Confident in using MS Office and other relevant tools
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
