What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and support cutting-edge software solutions.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to define innovative solutions.
• Promote best engineering practices, including clean coding, testing, and CI/CD.
• Lead by example, mentoring and coaching team members.
• Influence technical decisions and represent the team in cross-functional discussions.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of frontend development experience using Angular or similar frameworks (React/Vue.js).
• Experience in building responsive, component-based web applications.
• Familiarity with monorepo architectures and tooling (Nx is a plus!).
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• FinTech or financial services experience is an advantage, but not required.
