About The Role

As the Global Delivery Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of our products/services across Northern Europe. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure the successful execution of projects to meet client expectations. You will be the face of client delivery to own customer satisfaction of the company.

Global Delivery

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global delivery strategy in data, analytics, generative AI, cloud, infrastructure, security, and digital leveraging latest techniques and AI.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and methodologies for project delivery across regions.
• Drive strong governance framework that anticipates issues and addresses them proactively, leading to a ‘surprise-free’ delivery.
  
  

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Inspire and lead a global delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and delivery teams.
• Understanding of shared goals of Riga Delivery centre with rest of Tech M
  
  

Project Execution

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and operational challenges during project implementation.
• Ensure that Tech M and its other entity work with synergy and with due process governance
  
  

Customer Satisfaction

• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Managing Profitability

• Managing customer engagements based on a variety of models and ensure profitability targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency using latest technologies in software development and service delivery
  
  

Who you are: (These skills are must to have)

• Less than 20 yrs of experience in the IT industry with a minimum 12+ years of experience covering delivery management for multiple global accounts across large geographical and people span (around 50 team)
• Manage different types of projects including:
• Fixed Price project management, with SLA based delivery.
• Multi-vendor / SI Program management experience.
• Offshore Delivery Management
• Manage / knowledge of P&L
• Client Relationship Management
• Project Execution and Customer satisfaction.
• A natural leader who can inspire, organize and execute
