Senior Backend Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Back End Developer at Rainbet. The Senior Back End Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, and programming in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing new features for the Backend in NestJS, NodeJS, Typescript and PHP.
• Maintaining existing features for the Backend in NestJS, NodeJS, Typescript and PHP.
• Ensure that the code provided adheres to the project's established guidelines and criteria, encompassing evaluations, tests, and security assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Tasks will be assigned and organized on Asana or Trello by a project manager
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our technology stack.

Requirements:

• Backend developer experienced with using NestJS, NodeJS, Typescript and PHP.
• Over 6 Years of experience using NestJS, NodeJS, Typescript and PHP.
• The ability to develop while accounting for future scaling is considered an asset
• Experience building APIs.
• Experience with database architecture and scaling applications
• Must be able to communicate internally with a basic understanding of English language
• Experience in iGaming is seen as an additional asset.
