ERP Recipe Data Specialist - 12 month contract

We are seeking a Recipe Master Data Specialist for a 12-month contract. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own recipe creation, maintenance, and verification for Finished Goods (FG), Drug Product (DP), and Drug Substance (DS) within SAP,
• Support global recipe processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency across teams.
• Implement tracking systems for workload management and progress across schedules.
• Oversee seamless recipe updates following artwork changes.
• Develop expertise in recipe structure and its impact on MRP planning and MES.
• Coordinate recipe changes with the Product Artwork team and packaging planners.
• Manage records, ensuring compliance with change control processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders such as MSAT, Supply Planning, MES, and Material Operations.
• Drive process improvements and master data governance, supporting future supply chain enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of planning dashboards and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of master data management.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
