About the Role:

Our client are looking for a Data Extraction Team Lead to drive AI/ML-powered document processing. You'll optimise automation, enhance efficiency, and ensure accurate, scalable data services. This hybrid-remote role offers a chance to lead a high-performing team while working with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and refine AI/ML-based OCR and data extraction processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate OCR into our SaaS platform.
• Set KPIs, drive efficiency, and foster a culture of high performance.
• Manage and mentor a team, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Maximise operational efficiency and contribute to business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in software service delivery and process optimisation.
• Strong team leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of OCR technologies and AI/ML data extraction.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
