As an Analytics Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, operations managers, and our engineering and reporting teams. Your role involves analyzing and interpreting extensive datasets to derive valuable insights and produce reports that drive strategic business decisions. By utilizing statistical methods and data visualization tools, you will play a pivotal role in informing key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

• Conduct statistical analysis on data, employing techniques like regression, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop visually engaging representations of data through charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively convey insights to non-technical audiences.
• Generate comprehensive reports summarizing key findings and actionable insights for relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize datasets to uphold data integrity and ensure efficient access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to grasp their data requirements and offer pertinent analysis to facilitate decision-making.
  
  

**Required Skills:**

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid statistical knowledge and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Clear and concise communication of technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Effective presentation of data insights through reports and presentations.
• Simplifying complex problems to senior leadership, business, and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrating initiative in implementing and executing plans with minimal guidance.
• Writing clean, efficient, and scalable queries and code.
  
  

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• 5+ years of experience in an Analytics team, preferably in a technology company, consulting firm, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of experience delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Excel, including PivotTable, Charts, and Statistical functions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like mathematics, analytics, statistics, or economics.
• Experience in program and stakeholder management across cross-functional and geographical settings.
