Product Manager

Grafton, for a client company leader in the road signage paint sector, is looking for:

PRODUCT MANAGER

The product Manager’s role is to oversee the current product portfolio and the development of new products to foster growth and increase profitability. The person will be responsible for managing the delivery and commercialization of new products.

Key Responsibilities

• The person will be responsible for managing the introduction of new products from the idea to the product launch, developing a clear vision aligned with the company’s objectives;
• Define product requirements based on market insight and customer demand;
• Interfaces daily with the Sales and Technical department;
• Plan and execute the launch and commercialisation of products. Prepare the key strategic marketing messages for marketing materials, and the technical product detail for Technical Data Sheets;
• Support commercial teams to key customer meetings. Create and deliver product presentations.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Available for travel in Italy and other countries
• Previous experience in the role is preferred
• University degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline
• Previous experience in B2B Product Management or Technical Marketing role
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience.
