Job Description:

Stellantis is seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI and Data Science Manager to lead and innovate in the rapidly evolving fields of artificial intelligence and data science. This role is integral to transforming data into actionable intelligence, driving strategic decisions, and creating competitive advantages within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI and data science strategy aligned with Stellantis' business goals.
• Lead a diverse team of data scientists, AI researchers, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Identify and prioritize AI and data science projects that drive significant business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various business processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and data science, and leverage them to keep Stellantis at the forefront of the industry.

Technical Excellence:

• Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models, ensuring their accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
• Utilize advanced analytics and predictive modeling to extract insights from large datasets and inform decision-making.
• Ensure best practices in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to maintain data integrity and quality.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance customer experiences, and improve product quality.
• Develop frameworks for continuous monitoring and maintenance of deployed AI systems to ensure long-term effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and learning within the team, encouraging the exploration of novel ideas.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to upskill team members and disseminate knowledge.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of AI and data science initiatives.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology providers.
• Collaborate with product development teams to embed AI capabilities into new and existing products.
• Work closely with the IT department to ensure the necessary infrastructure and tools are in place for AI projects.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and algorithm design.

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience in leading AI and data science teams in a managerial capacity.
• Track record of successfully delivering AI projects from conception to deployment.
