POSITION DESCRIPTION:

HR Specialist will have a hand in the Crew selection process including psychological evaluation, payroll, and compensation, and take care of related documentation and communication throughout all stages of Crew involvement with the Company.


THE CREW HR SPECIALIST WILL:

  • Creating great candidate experience while managing a full cycle hiring process, including sourcing, headhunting, interviews, offers and ect.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, e.g., LinkedIn;
  • Conduct psychological assessment of the applicants;
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships, keeping them informed and engaged;
  • Coordinate contract changes ensuring smooth communication between all related parties;
  • Work with the HR team to improve processes and strategies;
  • Working on continuously improving the candidate and company hiring experience;
  • Participate in various recruitment initiatives and other HR projects;

 

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in psychology;
  • Have at least one year of experience working in HR;
  • Are fluent in English and Lithuanian languages (both written and spoken);
  • Hold excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas;
  • Know computer literacy;
  • Hold solid ethics and morals, and sound judgment.
