Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital/Visual Art Designer (Creative Educational Content Developer) who blends a passion for education and storytelling with solid design acumen. You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have a background in Digital/Visual Art Design (properly use all digital tools)
- You consume a lot of media (primarily movies, books, and video games)
- Plays RPGs (either real-life like DnD or virtual games)
- You get excited about story design and understanding the underlying systems behind (sci-fi worlds, game design, RPGs)
- You worked in a remote team before
(you don’t have to tick all, but if you got excited about the list and your a match, please proceed)
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop educational (primarily robotics and programming) lessons that captivate and educate children.
- Maintain the characters and integrity of our own story, a Marvel-like universe that excites more than ten thousand children every week.
- Generate and develop creative ideas that resonate deeply with children.
- Stay updated with industry trends to seamlessly integrate them into our content and product development, ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge, relevant, and, most importantly - future-proof.
- Create educational materials using games to make the internet safer for children.
Requirements:
- You have a background in creative design. You are proficient in Adobe Suite and digital creative software and recurrently use AI to create digital art.
- You have experience or a natural interest in education from the teaching side and an understanding of child psychology and development.
- Proficient in English (Written/Speaking).
- You’re a person who plans your time and meets your deadlines.
- Advantage if you are proficient in 3D modeling, especially when it comes to human and facial modeling.
- Advantage if you have a deep understanding and interest in story-system design (how video games, tabletop games, and RPGs work). It’s a huge advantage if you previously designed a game or regularly practice as a DM.
- You’d like to work on a product that impacts children. You share our commitment to fostering curiosity, problem-solving, and a desire for meaningful change in young minds. And, of course, you need to understand how children learn.
