THE ROLE (Porto or Lisbon based)
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager within the Membership & Marketing area, reporting to the Head of Product. The Membership & Marketing subdomain's mission is to build rich and long lasting relationships with its users during its lifecycle with FARFETCH and across various customer tiers. Our area also supports Marketing acquisition and retention channels (including CRM) via segmentation and personalization strategies.
What You'll Do
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager within the Membership & Marketing area, reporting to the Head of Product. The Membership & Marketing subdomain's mission is to build rich and long lasting relationships with its users during its lifecycle with FARFETCH and across various customer tiers. Our area also supports Marketing acquisition and retention channels (including CRM) via segmentation and personalization strategies.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering and design teams to define product requirements
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and feedback
- Support the prioritization of product features based on business goals and customer impact
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Assist in go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with marketing and trade teams
- Help coordinate experiments and product launches, including training materials and internal documentation
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Passionate about understanding and solving customer needs and problems
- Interested and knowledgeable about digital marketing products and consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps), the metrics that inform those products and related industry trends
- Aware of the luxury market
- You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You can understand and discuss technical concepts
- You can assimilate, sort through, and aggregate information
- Knowledgeable about CRM / Email Marketing Products and Tools (e.g. Salesforce, Responsys)
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar
- Proficient in English
