Data Scientist

The ideal candidate's favorite words are learning, data, scale, and agility.

Before getting to all that you need to know about this opening I need you to understand that even though we are a portuguese company (you'll find more info about us below), this project will demand a lot of English interactions, therefore is really important that you understand, write and are able to speak it fluently.

What will you be doing?

• Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
• Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms
• Collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production
• Generate actionable insights for business improvements

What will you have to deliver?

• High complexity analytical models (combinatory models, deep learning with data "at rest")
• Code implementation (R/Python)
• Proficient use of Azure and advanced analytical libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, PyTorch)

What checkboxes should you fill?

• Between 5-10 years of experience in similar role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitive field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (NoSQL)
• Experience in developing Machine Learning Projects (Python, R or SAS)
• Deployment of models to production environments e models lifecycle management
• Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
