Mechanical Engineer

We are a fast-growing company based in Koper-Sermin, Slovenia, specializing in underwater engineering. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for talented individuals to drive innovation forward.

We're seeking a creative and forward-thinking Mechanical Engineer to contribute at every stage of product development- from research and design to manufacturing. You'll work on innovative robotic systems that replicate human movements underwater, developing innovative mechanical components that set new industry standards.

• Identify inefficiencies in mechanical processes and develop improvements
• Design, prototype, and iterate through multiple revisions
• Conduct analysis and testing of prototypes
• Create and submit CAD project drawings on time
• Oversee all project phases, from concept to execution
• Prepare documentation, perform critical analysis, and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure efficient resource allocation and tracking

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (accredited)
• 2+ years of experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of robotic structures, piping, and plumbing, with a passion for continuous learning
• Proficiency in 2D/3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (AutoCAD, ProE, or similar)
• Solid understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science
• Experience with 3D printing (plastic & steel)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
