Work description: Country leader for Broadcasters and publishers for Slovenia and Croatia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with broadcasting clients, understanding their needs, challenges and strategic objectives. Provide strategic guidance and consultation to broadcasting clients on industry trends, audience engagement strategies, content development and distribution channels.
Project Management - Oversee the execution of projects for broadcasting clients, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Business Development - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the broadcasting sector and wider.
Negotiation and Contract Management - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with broadcasting clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Industry Advocacy - Serve as a voice for broadcaster clients within regulatory authority, advocating for their interests and addressing regulatory issues.
Training and Development - Provide training and professional development opportunities for broadcasting clients' teams, enhancing their skills and capabilities. Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources effectively, ensuring profitability and sustainability for both the clients and Nielsen.
- Develop and deploy a successful commercial strategy for JICs, Broadcasters, and the Platforms in the market
- Regular meetings on top level with the JICs, broadcaster and Platform stakeholders
- Reach & Beat Revenue targets
- Identify & Win new commercial opportunities (New clients, Solutions to be launched in the market with existing clients etc.)
- Work across JIC and BR&PB vertically with the rest of the team on EMEA Priorities like N1 strategy, software strategy, EU Media regulations, share best practices.
- Work across Platform vertical with the Adriatic team on the priorities such as Media analytics, DAR, N1, Ad Intel. Share best practices and drive new business opportunities
- Work seamlessly across all verticals and pillars, very closely with the Delivery team and PTOC on delivering high quality, on time to our clients
- A self-starter with a strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
- Experience working on various levels of organizations both C-suite and mid-management
- Sales skills & Pipeline management
- Deep Knowledge of Audience Measurement Solutions & good understanding of relevant Nielsen solutions
- Expertise knowledge of the advertising and media market landscape - ideally ability to talk at market events about Media Measurement Trends
