As Change Manager you will be responsible for the leadership and development of the process for the implementation of product and printed packaging change management, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices, and business objectives.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

As Change Manager you will be responsible for the leadership and development of the process for the implementation of product and printed packaging change management, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices, and business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Coordination of activities with internal customers (Packaging, Technologies, Regulatory Affairs and Quality) and external users at the implementation of changes in the manufacturing process.
- Responsibility for establishing and managing the project organization for the implementation of changes on packaging materials, products, procedures and processes (acquiring information, evaluation, implementation).
- Ensuring timely implementation of internally or externally initiated changes, and monitoring their implementation.
- Responsibility for ongoing monitoring and review of changes in the IT database.
- Communication with the countries where changes are being implemented.
- Responsibility for material inventories in the process of printed packaging changes, and reconciliation of write-offs.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.
- Other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs.
- Implementation of and compliance with all the instructions and requirements for safety at work, environment protection and property protection.
- University degree in natural sciences, economic sciences or other equivalent degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- 1 year of relevant working experience.
